No. The balm is designed to be a leave-on treatment that gently removes makeup, dirt,
and bacteria while nourishing the eye area (including lashes). There's no need to rinse
after use.

Yes. The wipes are designed to be used daily as part of your routine. They are free from all known eye irritants, including preservatives, fragrance, alcohol, and wax.

Yes. If you're prone to irritation, styes, or recurring issues around the lash line, the balm wipes are ideal for helping maintain clean, comfortable eyes and replenishing moisture after flare-ups.

Yes, the balm is excellent at breaking down waterproof mascara and long-wear eye makeup. Let the wipe sit on the eyelid for a few seconds before gently sweeping away the product.

No. These wipes contain Coconut Oil, which can break down the glue used in lash extensions and LVL lifts. Always follow your technician’s aftercare advice.

Hold the bottle 6 to 8 inches from your face. Close your eyes, press the nozzle down two-thirds of the way to unlock the mechanism, then press fully to release the mist. Apply one to two sprays per eye. Use one to four times daily or as often as needed. For best results, use every evening, or morning and evening as part of your daily eye care routine.

No. The spray is designed to be applied to closed eyes. It absorbs through the eyelid and lash line and released while you blink, supporting hydration and comfort without needing to go directly into the eye.

The spray is suitable for contact lens wearers and can be used while your lenses are in. But contact lenses should be taken out before using the Heated Eye Wand LED+ and/ or the balm wipes. 

The spray and some other dry eye drops can interact and create an imbalanced pH in your eyes, which may cause stinging. We recommend not mixing the spray with other drops  or leaving at least 30 minutes between using the two unless advised by your optometrist. You can alternate when using them or speak to your optometrist for their guidance.

The Heated Eye Wand LED+ offers a consistent and convenient alternative to a traditional hot compress. Its Hot Compress Mode gently warms the eyelids, which can support natural oil flow and relieve discomfort associated with styes or blepharitis. If you're experiencing an active flare-up or have any concerns, we recommend speaking with your optometrist before use.

Redness and excess tearing can be signs of dry or sensitive eyes. The Heated Eye Wand LED+ uses consistent warmth to support the natural function of your eyes, which can help restore hydration and comfort. Many people with red, teary eyes find relief from regular use of the Hot Compress Mode. If symptoms persist or worsen, we recommend consulting your optometrist.

We recommend using your Heated Eye Wand LED+ for 2–5 minutes per eye. The built-in timer is set to 5 minutes, so you don’t have to keep track.
