Standard shipping (3-7 business days) FREE for orders over $100.00

All orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

RETURNS

If your order meets the following criteria, submit your return by emailing support@peepclub.co.uk:

• The product is unopened and unused 
• The purchase was made directly through peepclub.com
• The return request is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date

If you’ve experienced any damages or issues with your device, please reach out to us for assistance by contacting support@peepclub.co.uk . Defective devices may qualify for a replacement under warranty, within one year of purchase date.

Please note that customers need to arrange returns themselves with a local courier service.

Returns are processed within 14 business days.
